Receive a 30 minute or 1 Hour Distance Reiki Session.

Once booked, you will be contacted to determine a day and time for your session.

You will not have to be present for the session but selecting a day and time where you will be unoccupied is recommended.

I will call or text you before and after your session is complete. You will receive notes beforehand on how you can best prepare.

You will be sent a follow up email or .pdf with all messages that came through during your session.

You will also be sent a recommendation cart depending on what comes up during your session, plus a gift card that you can use in the shop toward your purchase.

30 minutes is recommended if you have one focus area. 1 Hour is recommended for a full body focus. You can make a note at checkout if you have a focus.
